2022-2026 Strategic Plan
At Ventana Wildlife Society we believe that good governance requires a routine of strategic thinking.  A Strategic Plan is a written document of that process that guides our work in the field and the results of which are evaluated annually.

We first created a Strategic Plan in 2012 and every other year or so, we amended it based on new information and accomplishments to date always reflecting our aspirational goals over a five-year period.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss a strategy with us, please contact Executive Director, Kelly Sorenson.
