Jane joined Ventana Wildlife Society in August 2022 and is excited to support the staff and mission of the organization. She grew up in Southern California and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from CSU Long Beach. Jane has 15 years of experience working at various nonprofit institutions as an educator, volunteer coordinator, and administrative assistant. In her spare time, she volunteers with Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Sea Otter Program, assisting with the care of rescued otters. She also enjoys hiking and camping with her family, traveling, and sewing her own clothes.
