Elsie is a college student at San Diego State University and grew up locally in Monterey County. She attended the VWS Natural Science Discovery Camp as well as Condor Wilderness Camp as a youth and went camping, biking, and hiking often with her family. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition. Elsie has always been a lover of animals and the outdoors, and has over seventy-five hours of volunteer experience at the SPCA for Monterey County.
