Little Great One (1089) was the most photographed chick of 2021. Whether she was doing a morning photoshoot when nest observations were being conducted, or starring in “Wildlife Nation” with Jeff Corwin, she got her fair share of camera time. Now that she’s fully independent from her dad, Amigo (204), and mom, Kodama (646), Little Great One (1089) has discovered another scenic backdrop to pose in front of - the rocky spires of Pinnacles National Park. She hasn’t forgotten her roots, and still comes back to the Big Sur coast to feed alongside her parents. Like a true “teenager", however, she seems to prefer the company of her juvenile peers rather than hanging out with mom and dad.
