Alondra grew up in Salinas, California and begins her senior year at California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) in fall 2024. She majors is Collaborative Health and Human Services, with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. Alondra started with VWS in August 2023 working as an instructor for the Wellness Through Nature program, in both North and South county communities. This summer, she steps in as a nature instructor for the Natural Science Discovery Camp. Holding a deep affection for nature for as long as she can remember, Alondra always enjoys being outdoors exploring nature and learning about protecting wildlife and their habitats, solidifying her belief over the years that being outdoors does wonders for everyone's happiness and well-being.
