OPTION 1 - Enter Our Monthly Drawing

You must be a resident of Kern, Kings, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo, Tulare, and Ventura Counties to be eligible. Residency is based on the address indicated on your driver's license. If your license indicates a different address from the one entered and it is not one of the eligible counties, your selection will be disqualified.

RULES: 
• Only one entry per address will be eligible for selection. 

• Entries will not be eligible for selection if the participant has already received ammunition from us in the current calendar year.

• Offer only available for ages 21 and older.

• A copy of your current California Driver’s License or Identification Card will be required upon selection. Additional documentation may be required.

• Ammunition will only be transferred to the individual approved for the transfer, and only with an in-person signature from that individual.

• Selections may be withdrawn if we are unable to contact you within 30 days or unable to arrange a transfer within 90 days after being selected.

    Preferred Ammunition. Please enter a caliber preference and feel free to add any brand/grain preference you might have for Box 1 and 2. Please note that this drawing is intended primarily for hunters using rifle ammunition, but a limited selection of handgun ammunition and shotgun shells might be available. Upon selection, we will offer available options for the caliber(s) you prefer. We cannot guarantee availability of desired ammunition.
    Are you also interested in receiving rimfire with your centerfire selection? If so, please indicate rimfire caliber(s) you would like. Enter “1” for top priority, “2” for second priority, etc. If you do not use or want a caliber, leave that caliber blank
    Because rimfire is in high demand and market availability is limited, not everyone will receive .22 or .17 with their entry/request. Rimfire availability will depend on product availability, and priority will be given to applicants shooting in particular locations. After you submit this form, you can take the optional step of entering a primary shooting location. 
    ​UPLOAD DOCUMENTS – A copy of your current California Driver’s License or California Identification Card will be required upon selection. If your license says “Federal Limits Apply”, additional documentation in the form of either a current passport or birth certificate is required by DOJ to complete the state mandated eligibility check. Documents may be uploaded here, or sent via email attachment ([email protected]) or via regular mail (Attention: Ammo, 9699 Blue Larkspur Lane Suite 105, Monterey, CA 93940) within 30 days after your selection. Uploading your license here on the entry form will not improve your chances of being selected, but it is recommended to ensure more efficient processing and transfer.

    Selections will be made monthly. If you are not selected, your entry will automatically carry over and be eligible for the next month’s selections – you do not need to re-enter until the next calendar year begins. Upon selection, we will contact you to assist with your ammunition selection and arrange a transfer, pending approval of the state-mandated eligibility check. Because state law still requires face to face ammunition transfers, delivery will depend on our ability to coordinate mutually convenient dates, times, and locations. Recipients will be required to sign for the ammunition in person. We will offer possible dates and times for transfers during daylight hours. Recipients will be offered some flexibility in specifying locations, including home or office addresses, or other locations in their area. While we will make every effort to arrange a transfer that is convenient, we do not guarantee that a transfer will be available on a particular date and time. If we are unable to schedule a transfer, or do not receive a response when we contact recipients, after multiple attempts, we will release the ammunition to another hunter in the drawing. To maximize the number of entries we select, we will need to limit transfers to one per person; if part of your order is out of stock, we will ask you to select another item or wait until all desired products are available in stock.
