Areas of Expertise

Izel is a student at California State University, Monterey Bay pursuing a degree in psychology. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys spending her free time traveling, reading, writing, sewing, hiking, and volunteering. Passionate about helping others and giving back to her community, Izel plans to continue her education by earning a master’s degree in clinical psychology. Her long-term goal is to establish a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health awareness and outreach for youth in underserved communities. Through her work, she hopes to create engaging learning environments that connect young people with the benefits of nature, community, and emotional well-being.
