Nicknamed after the Narra tree of southeast Asia. She’s the smallest bird in her release cohort. At the beginning, she was timid but was still able to hold her ground when the cohort was feeding as a group. Hatched at LA Zoo and released on November 6, 2024, Narra (1233) will definitely be an important addition of the central California flock, helping to even out the currently unbalanced ratio of females to males.
