Arianna is a first generation Hispanic graduate from California State University, Monterey Bay. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Education and a minor in Environmental Science. Arianna is passionate about the outdoors and combining her love of the outdoors with the youth of her community and other local communities. As a bilingual educator, Arianna hopes to close language barriers often found in environmental education. She aspires to continue learning something new every day, and to understand the natural world and local environments. Another goal in Arianna's career is to help create and maintain a sustainable environment for all communities by advocating for social equity, environmental justice, inclusion, and land stewardship. Arianna is thrilled to begin her environmental education career at VWS as a bilingual nature instructor. Her hobbies include jewelry making, running, hiking, fishing, camping, gardening, skimboarding and many more.
